Two actions in the district court for Ramsey county against defendant hospital and its receiver, one on behalf of Joel Doren,
a minor, by his father and natural guardian for personal injuries sustained by the minor when he fell on the hospital premises,
and the other by Gerald Doren, the father, on his own behalf to recover for medical expenses incurred. The cases were tried
together before Royden S. Dane, Judge, and a jury, which returned verdicts of $15,000 and $5,000 for Joel and Gerald Doren
